Supervalu Closing 6 bigg’s Units

Eden Prairie, Minn.-based Supervalu says it will sell six Cincinnati-area bigg’s grocery stores and their pharmacies to Remke Markets, Erlanger, Ky.

Financial details of the transaction, slated to close this spring, were not disclosed. Supervalu also says it will close its five remaining bigg’s stores before June.
