LeanLogistics Is Finalist for Customer Service Award

Winners will be announced June 21 in NYC.

The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the country are eligible to submit entries – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

This year’s winners will be announced during the annual gala on Monday, June 21 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.  More than six-hundred executives are expected to attend. The event will benefit Oceana (oceana.org), the largest international organization focused on ocean conservation. The ceremonies will be broadcast on radio nationwide by the Business TalkRadio Network.

More than 2,700 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories, including Most Innovative Company of the Year, Management Team of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Corporate Environmental Responsibility Program of the Year. LeanLogistics will be competing in the Customer Service Department of the Year category.

“It is very satisfying to receive this award that recognizes our outstanding customer service efforts,” says Dan Dershem, CEO and president, LeanLogistics. “Our customer satisfaction surveys continue to rank us in the top percentiles for renewals and customer referrals, which is a great testament to our team.”

Because of the continuous, service-based nature of the LeanLogistics business model, all employees are responsible for delivering exceptional service. With LeanLogistics, customers maintain contact with team members from the start, tailoring each relationship to best fit customers’ needs.
