Great American Appetizers Names Frederick as R&D Manager

Great American Appetizers, Nampa, Idaho, has named Teri Frederick as its R&D Manager, responsible for product development, with direct involvement in new business development.

Ms. Frederick, while new to the company, is certainly not new to the food industry. Her experience as a food scientist spans nearly two decades and includes positions with industry leaders such as Anchor/Heinz Frozen Food Company and, most recently, McCain Snack Foods where she served in the number two R&D spot. “Great American Appetizers is thrilled to welcome Teri. Her breadth and depth of knowledge coupled with her practical experience at various organizational levels will allow her to immediately impact our business. We are excited to introduce Teri as an integral part of our continued success,” stated Ellen Meyer, GAA president.

Ms. Frederick’s extensive skills in new product formulations, innovative coating systems, and comprehensive management of new product launches will immediately be put to use on several company projects.
