NFRA Members to Get $2,000 Annual Credit on Nielsen Data
Credit applies to retailers with under 100 stores, and manufacturers with sales under $250 million.
The National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association and The Nielsen Company have announced a new NFRA member benefit that allows small and medium-sized manufacturers and retailers to receive an annual $2,000 credit toward purchasing Nielsen’s Syndicated Data.
”The Syndicated Data Program makes affordable to small businesses the kind of category information that can make them more effective and profitable in the marketplace,” said NFRA President and CEO Skip Shaw.
The Syndicated Data Program assists NFRA member manufacturers and retailers in gaining a better understanding of their competitive marketplace and how to position their products accordingly. A customized Market Intelligence Report provides the most current sales figures, brand rankings, and market performance reports tailored to the company’s categories and specific to their brands. Information gleaned from this program helps companies understand where their products fit in the market, the competition they face, the price points they need to hit, the volume they can expect, and more.
To qualify for the program, a company must be a NFRA retailer member with fewer than 100 stores or a NFRA manufacturer member with annual sales of less than $250 million. Companies interested in learning more about the program should contact The Nielsen Company directly at 800-553-3727 or CPGSolutions@nielsen.com.
