Winn-Dixie Sues Dollar General Over Sale of Food

The Jacksonville, Fla.-based chain says lease agreements in 68 shopping centers prohibit Dollar General from selling food to the degree it is doing. 

The action, seeking unspecified damages, was filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in West Palm Beach.
