Rutherford Promoted to President of KCBS

John Rutherford has been promoted to president of Cincinnati-based KCBS Sales and Marketing (www.kcbscinncom), effective Jan. 1.
“Over the two and a half year period that John has been with the company, he has made significant contributions to the growth of our organization. I am sure that in his new role as president, John will take us to new heights in our business development,” said Lynn Sarsgard, CEO.
Most recently, Rutherford was vp marketing/analytics at KCBS. He had previously served at Acosta for 10 Years on the Kroger team as vp of marketing, and spent the 10 years before that with Coca-Cola in sales and marketing. Rutherford has over 22 years calling on Kroger.
